Translational Omics Team

Recent advances in omics technology have enabled precise quantification of extensive datasets, encompassing proteins, metabolites, as well as genomic and RNA information, even from trace samples like filtered blood. Consequently, the verification of clinical speciments from a mutli-omics perspective becomes feasible. Our objective is to establish an advanced clinical research system by integrating the cutting-edge analytical infrastructure of the KAZUSA DNA Research Institute with a collaborative clinical research system at Chiba University School of Medicine. Notably, we have already undertaken collaborative endeavors in fundamental immunology and allergic research. This collective effort aims to achieve translational research that is future-oriented and focused on the treatment of pediatric allergic conditions.
