Since the opening of our institute, we centralize our DNA sequencers in a single room to take care of them as a whole so as to enhance their capability and flexibility for our research activities and for industrial support. Facing to the more recent situation in which we cannot solve problems by DNA sequencing alone, we have decided to launch a new facility for omics analysis in which we investigate problems associated with RNA, proteins and compounds of low molecular weight in addition to DNA. In our facility, we carry out integrated omics analysis of microorganisms and plants as well as a wide variety of other organisms.
