Key Word Search

In the Key Word Search, you can not only perform search for clones with 'key words' of your choice, but at the same time you can do so by combining them with the InterPro ID's, Pfam ID's, and transmembrane segments predicted by SOSUI. The search will be carried out against ALL PROTEINS encoded by our cDNA/ORF CLONES. You will be provided with the Product ID (PID) of the candidate clones from our collection along with the detailed information about them.


Homology Search
Homology Search against our ALL cDNA/ORF CLONES. The result of search contains Product ID (PID) and Clone ID. PID has a link to the web page containing detailed information of the clone. Clone ID has a link to the nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence/
