ORFeome clone(s) are available from Kazusa DNA
Research Institute.
To receive your clone request, we would like you to complete the
Clone Request Form.
The information you provided for the clone request is kept confidential.
When you complete the process of clone request, we send you an e-mail
message to confirm your request.
Distribution fee
US$ 300/clone
The amount due should be
transferred to our bank account indicated in the invoice after
confirmation of the delivery. For payment, we do not accept cash,
cheque or credit card. The handling charge for your bank remittance
shall be borne by you.
Shipment
We deliver a small part of the
plasmid DNA as the ORFeome clone to customers.
Plasmid DNA (~0.1 ug /10 ul, kanamycin resistance) is dissolved in TE.
Up on receipt of the Clone
Request, we will ship the material by EMS in two to four weeks.
If there is an import restriction for the cDNA clones in your country please let us know.
We recommend that customers
transform the appropriate host cells using the plasmid DNA because the
plasmid DNA is contaminated with genomic DNA of E. coli.
We also recommend customers confirm that the ORFeome clone(s) contain desired ORF sequence by using appropriate restriction endonuclease(s). Please contact us (office AT kazusa.or.jp) if you have any questions for the material.
