PowerGet

PowerGet is a peak detection and annotation tool for analyses of metabolomics data obtained by chromatography - high resolution mass spectrometry.

MSGet

MSGet is a tool to generate input data (text file) for PowerGet. The mass chromatogram data in the binary file (.raw) of Xcalibur (ThermoFisher) are exported in text files by MSGet. The tool is only allowed to run on the PC where the Xcalibur software is installed.
