Vector Information

The cDNA fragment was obtained by RT-PCR cloning. Sense and antisense
primers were synthesized based on the sequence data opened to the public
(such as those from EBI and NCBI), but the latter was tagged with 5'-
CACTTGCGGCCGC-3' sequence at the 5'-end. After the PCR, amplified cDNAs
were digested with Not I and then ligated into the Sal I (blunt-ended by Klenow)-
Not I sites in attBpBC vector. The attBpBC vector is the pBC SK+ vector
(Cm resistance; http://www.stratagene. com/vectors/selection/plasmid1.htm)
with sequences including attB1 and attB2 sites
(CTCGAGCAGCTGAAGCTTTCACAAGTTTGTAC AAAAAAGCAGGCTCTTC-5' end of cDNA,
GAGCTCTCACCACTTTGTACAAGAAAGCTGGGCGGCCGCTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT-3' end of cDNA).
