1. All submissions are to be in English, and must be made online using this system. Submissions made via e-mail or fax will not be accepted.

2. A maximum of 10 author names, including presenting author, may be listed on each paper.

3. You may enter up 10 affiliations for the presenting author and coauthors. Make sure to select the correct affiliation number when entering the names of presenting author and coauthors.

4. The number of characters in the abstract title must be 120 or less.

5. The number of words in the abstract body must be 400 or less.

6. The total number of words including abstract body, abstract title, and the names and affiliations of authors, must not exceed 600 words.

7. You cannot include figures or diagrams in your abstract.

8. All correspondence from the Registration Secretariat, including confirmation of abstract registration and notification of selection, will be sent via email.
