The cDNA fragment was originally inserted at SalI-NotI site
of the pBluescript II SK(+) vector (GenBank Accession No.
X52328) with the SalI adapter (5'TCGACCCACGCGTCCG3') and its 
XhoI-NotI DNA fragment was inserted at the XhoI-NotI site of the 
pYO326 vector (Amp-r). pYO326 shuttle vector was kindly 
provided by Y. Ohya (University of Tokyo).
