Supplemental Figures and Tables
1. Array Scans
The results of hybridization of the cDNA macroarray are shown. The results were obtained using a high-resolution scanner (Storm, Amersham Pharmacia Biotech). The signals in each macroarray filter show the expression levels of the 2,880 genes for 1-24h of MeJA treatment in Experiment 1. Genes were amplified by PCR and the PCR products were spotted onto a nylon filter in duplicate.

2. Complete data set of 2,880 Genes

Complete data sets of 2,880 genes for four series of experiment are listed. The signal intensity was obtained using Storm and Array Vision (Amersham Pharmacia Biotech).
